On April 12th, 2017, 6450857 Canada inc., (the "Company" or the "Debtor") filed a notice of intention to file a proposal (the “NOIâ€�) pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIAâ€�) and ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Inc. (“ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍøâ€�) has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal.

The Company was deemed to have filed an assignment on the 23^rd day of September 2017, due to the non-filing of the proposal and ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt.
