Appointment of a Receiver pursuant to section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA")
On September 11^th, 2017, the Quebec Superior Court (the "Court") issued an order appointing ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø inc. (“ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍøâ€�) as Receiver to the property of P.R. Maintenance Management inc., P.R. Building Maintenance inc. and P.R. Maintenance Group inc. (collectively the "Debtors") pursuant to subsections 243(1) of the BIA.

Filing of a Notice of Intention to file a proposal pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA
On September 11^th, 2017, the Debtors filed a notice of intention to file a proposal (the “NOIâ€�) pursuant to Section 50.4 (1) of the BIA and ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø has consented to act as Trustee under the NOI.

The NOI provides a stay of proceedings against the Debtors until October 11^th, 2017.

On October 12^th, 2017 the Debtors has become bankrupt due to the non-filing of the proposal and ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Inc. was appointed Trustee of the Estate of the Debtors.
