Every year, the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 employees who have been promoted to Manager participate in a special program developed and practiced globally by 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, called the New Manager Milestone Event.

In NMME, our new managers get the chance to understand the global perception of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 brand, meet with different managers and senior leaders of countries in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 EMA region, and build new social networks and relationships for 4 days.

In the interactive exercises held throughout the program, our managers who get to learn about 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 people management and processes and also gain self-consciousness discuss in order to explore their strong suits and areas for improvement by, and take their first step towards understanding their own leadership style. During the NMME, our new managers implement the practices and behavior they will require by an interactive learning method, which allows them to take their first step towards their new responsibilities.

This year, our new managers participated in the NMME trainings held in Berlin and Budapest in November and December.
