Zia currently leads the Cape Town Internal Audit Risk and Compliance business unit. She has been with the firm for 20 years and was appointed as a Partner in 2020. Zia leads various internal audit, enterprise risk management and governance review engagements for a variety of clients in the private and public sectors. She is also accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) to perform External Quality Assurance Reviews (QAR) and conducts a number of Quality Assurance Reviews for various in-house Internal Audit functions. Zia is the current ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø South Africa Internal Audit Risk and Compliance (IARCS) business unit People Partner and leads the various IARCS People Strategic initiatives.
