Her valuation experience includes portfolio valuations for financial reporting, corporate valuations, fairness and fair and reasonable opinions (in the independent expert role), independent fair value determinations for shareholder disputes, and valuations for audit support. Heather has experience in a wide range of industries with a specific focus on the financial services and private equity industries.
