Scott Flynn, currently the Head of the US firm鈥檚 audit practice, will become 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Global Head of Audit on 1 April 2025. Scott brings more than 30 years of experience working with some of the world鈥檚 leading multinational companies and has been Head of Audit, 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the US since 2020. He brings strong international experience from three years working in Asia and leading the US GAAP and Risk Management teams within the Chinese firm鈥檚 Shanghai office. Under Scott鈥檚 tenure, the US Audit practice has transformed its audit approach, its systems of quality and control and its usage of people and technology through a multi-year investment program, surpassing US$4 billion in revenue for the first time.

At a time when businesses throughout the world face increasingly complex challenges, financial and non-financial reporting is even more critical to enhancing trust in the capital markets. Larry Bradley, the current Global Head of Audit, will retire on 31 March 2025 after a 42-year career with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网. Larry has led 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 global Audit practice since 2020 through a period of significant change, including overseeing significant investment in audit quality, the global rollout of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 audit workflow platform Clara including the deployment of Artificial Intelligence, and the implementation of SoQM, a globally consistent system of quality of management. He has been a member of various national, regional and global boards of directors for听乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, including 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the US, 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Americas, Park Indemnity, as well as several Boards of Directors for national and global non-profit organizations.听

Scott鈥檚 experience in driving audit quality, setting standards and driving technology-enabled transformation will be critical for the future of our global audit practice.

Audit is the foundation of our organization, and I鈥檓 confident that under Scott鈥檚 leadership, our global audit practice will continue to drive quality and trust in the capital markets and deliver long-term sustainable growth.
