As Global Head of Valuation Services, Johannes leads a global division that comprises over 2000 professionals across more than 70 countries. At 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Switzerland, he leads a dedicated team of valuation and modelling professionals based in Zurich.

Johannes deals with a wide range of complex commercial valuations of businesses and intangible assets in the context of M&A transactions and joint ventures, for financing and restructuring and also acts as a subject matter expert in domestic and international dispute resolutions. He regularly provides fairness opinions as well as independent investment and transactional advice. Valuations for financial reporting (IFRS and US GAAP) and for international tax planning is also a key area of his expertise.

Johannes leads both domestic and cross-border engagements for a variety of clients in different industries. After three years of experience in IT consulting he joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Corporate Finance at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Germany in 2001, spent two years with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Valuation Services practice at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the US and, since 2008, is based in Zurich.
