Her professional experience as a management consultant includes governance development, program/portfolio management, project controls, project technology implementation and digital transformation of large, complex projects. She advises clients on their digital transformation strategy by selecting and implementing project systems, recommending emerging technologies, including Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), drones, virtual/augmented reality, sensors, wearables, machine learning, etc.聽
