Kelli Wooten
Principal, Information Reporting & Withholding Tax
Kelli Wooten, a principal with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Information Reporting & Withholding Tax Services practice, joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2018. She works from the firm鈥檚 Atlanta office.
Prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Kelli served as the Executive Director of Consulting and Commercial Head of Tax Services for CTI Tax Solutions by IHS Markit where she had worked since 2011. Prior to that, she worked at The Procter & Gamble Company in a variety of roles, including tax audit and litigation, international tax, and tax compliance. Kelli recently concluded her tenure on the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC) where she served as the chair of the International Reporting and Withholding subgroup. Kelli is a frequent speaker both in the United States and internationally regarding FATCA and other information reporting issues.
Kelli is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law (JD degree) and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (BS degree).
