Irina has experience evaluating a company鈥檚 import and export operations and assisting companies with the maintenance of their regulatory compliance.聽 More specifically, she has worked with companies to increase their duty savings, reduce compliance violations, implement tariff classification projects, and submit prior disclosures and ruling requests to the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection. In addition, she has experience with special trade programs, country of origin marking, first sale implementations, and export compliance processes and systems. She has worked with a range of industries including pharmaceutical, electronics, software and technology, computer and apparel.聽 Her experience, prior to joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, as a customs and international trade attorney has provided her with an extensive knowledge of the Customs Rules and Regulations and the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
