He has over聽30 years of experience providing professional services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions due diligence and financial strategic consulting assignments, including on a significant number of cross border transactions in Latin America. JP leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Deal Advisory Practice in Florida and serves as the partner-in-charge of the Firm鈥檚 Deal Advisory Latin America Desk.
JP has provided merger and acquisition services to numerous domestic and international clients of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 as they pursued acquisition targets and evaluated investment opportunities. He has also assisted clients at all stages of the sales process from quality of earnings analysis, vendor-initiated due diligence, and data room assistance to assistance in reviewing purchase and sale agreements and analysis of closing financial statements.
Countries of his international experience include Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, England, France, Israel, Mexico, Peru and Spain. His industry experience includes industrial and consumer products, food and packaged goods, technology, telecommunications, chemicals, real estate, energy and pharmaceuticals.
