Robert is a Partner in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Stamford Business Tax Services practice with over 21 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and income tax provisions. He has served domestic and multi-national clients in a wide range of industries and is currently the lead tax partner for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 U.S. Gaming practice.
Robert has provided a wide variety of tax services to private and publicly-traded clients in several different industries, including iGaming, sports betting, horse racing, VLT and land-based casinos, eSports, DFS, and skill-based gaming, gaming suppliers and affiliates, B2B/B2C service providers, travel & hospitality, e-Commerce, retail, and consumer products. He has consulted with both domestic and multi-national companies on complex tax planning and restructuring matters, M&A transactions and due diligence, IP聽planning, implications of US tax reform, IPO readiness, federal & state gaming taxes, tax-related internal control, with the preparation of global income tax provisions under both US GAAP and IFRS, and has significant experience in preparing complex federal, state, and local income tax returns.
