Claudia Saran, US Sector Leader for Industrial Manufacturing, has 25+ years of consulting experience, serving a wide array of clients in the Industrial Manufacturing space and also remains as the Advisory Industry Leader for Industrial Manufacturing. In her current role, Claudia has driven a 3-prong strategy to help cultivate a stronger Advisory Industrial Manufacturing community. This has subsequently been adopted by both the Industrial Manufacturing Tax and Audit leaders as a foundation for culture and growth.
Previously, she developed and grew Advisory鈥檚 People & Change practice to over 400 professionals and expanded the scope beyond Behavioral Change Management to include Organization Design, Talent Management and HR Optimization. Claudia has served on 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Board of Directors and on the firm鈥檚 Management Committee as the Vice Chair of Culture. In that role, she led a global effort to refresh our firm鈥檚 values and helped to strengthen our firm鈥檚 credibility with our regulators.
Claudia is passionate about her involvement in non-for-profit organizations connected to children鈥檚 education and encourages her younger team members to join junior boards of non for profit organizations on behalf of the firm.
