Edwige leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Workforce Innovation capability, an in-house team that specializes in enabling the firm鈥檚 most complex talent and workforce transformation efforts through disciplined experimentation and human-centric design. Workforce Innovation empowers people to take control of their own work experience, specifically focusing on self-determination theory and reshaping the impact that work has on our lives. In this role, Edwige also leads the People & Change enablement capability of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 enterprise AI transformation, or aIQ.
Edwige previously spent 20 years working with financial institutions and technology companies on risk and compliance transformation solutions, helping clients manage critical risks while prioritizing customer experience and strategic growth. Edwige has served in various roles focused on enhancing employee experience and diversity outcomes, from serving as a senior people management leader to various leadership roles in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Network of Women, Women in Consulting, and Women of Risk communities.
Edwige is a graduate of Harvard Business School鈥檚 General Management Program, which focused on complex business problem solving through inter-disciplinary cooperation, organizational change, and innovation. Edwige also has a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
