Elliot is a Managing Director in the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 LLP Deal Advisory group and has over 13 years of experience providing transaction advisory and accounting services to clients in the real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, asset management, and financial services industries. His primary focus is providing acquisition and disposition support to real estate investors and asset managers. Elliot is based in Atlanta and has previously worked with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in New York, Washington DC, and Hartford CT.
Professional and Industry Experience
Elliot specializes in providing transaction services to clients in the real estate investment industry. He has led numerous transaction advisory and other engagements for real estate private equity, hospitality, and infrastructure funds, as well as public REITs, asset management firms, and government ownership structures.
Elliot works closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive and cross-functional advice to clients throughout the investment lifecycle, including development of M&A strategy, synergy and target operating model assessment, financial/tax/commercial diligence, and post-close integration.
Elliot also has significant experience with U.S. GAAP for real estate and asset management entities, including investment company and REIS financial reporting models and valuation principles for real estate assets and debt. Elliot is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the Urban Land Institute.
