Enrique advises Financial Services groups on transfer pricing with a particular focus on global policy design, cross border disputes with tax authorities and global documentation.
A recent area of focus has been working with clients to adapt to the evolving transfer pricing landscape (BEPS 2.0, US tax reform, etc.) Enrique leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 insurance transfer pricing network and works closely with insurance clients on a variety of issues including TP documentation, TP implications of business re-structuring on the back of Brexit, adapting TP models to BEPS guidance and supporting clients through disputes with tax authorities.
Enrique works closely with other functions in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 to service insurance clients. This includes working with regulatory colleagues to help clients in the financial services sector adapt to new regulatory requirements and working together with FS VAT colleagues to provide holistic advice to clients. He also works together with M&A teams providing specialist TP input.
