David Lan
Managing Director, Tax
David is a managing director in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 New York Value Chain Management and International Tax Services practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in tax planning and structuring of transactions for public and privately held clients.
David has extensive tax consulting experience across a broad range of industries from life sciences to the digital economy and led engagements covering a variety of issues from tax controversy and mergers and acquisitions to supply chain management and transfer pricing. Most recently, as part of WNT, David led the tax technical development and global marketing of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Global firm-wide tax models on BEPS 2.0, ESG benchmarking, and global mobility. David is part of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Global鈥檚 BEPS 2.0 task force.
