Jake works primarily in the area of corporate and partnership taxation providing compliance services to corporations, partnerships, foreign corporations, and consolidated groups. Types of compliance services provided include review and preparation of tax returns, extensions, estimates and tax notice resolution. Jake has provided services for a range of industries primarily focused on financial services, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Banking, Asset Management and insurance. He also has Merger & Acquisition experience obtained through due diligence review of state and local tax filings on various deals.聽聽
