Throughout his distinguished career, Brent has provided expert advice on complex federal income tax matters. His extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in addressing the intricate tax needs of numerous clients.
Before taking on his current role, Brent was the Southeast Major Market Leader and National Operations Leader for the M&A Tax practice. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in advising clients on complex M&A tax issues, optimizing transaction structures, ensuring tax compliance, and aligning their tax strategies with organizational goals to maximize value and efficiency.
