Steve is a Partner and GenAI co-leader in the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Global Mobility Services practice based out of the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Seattle office, where he oversees Global Mobility Services (GMS) for Pacific Northwest based clients. He has been with ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø since 2005, providing tax compliance and consulting services to global mobility programs across various industries and client sizes. Steve serves as GMS lead for several multinational clients accounts, including Fortune 100 premier clients. His industry experience is broad and includes technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. Steve has extensive and specialized knowledge in multiple GMS service offerings, including U.S. individual income tax compliance and consulting, global coordination and consulting, global equity services, mergers and acquisitions, and mobility consulting and payroll services. He has led the tax compliance and consulting functions for various sized global mobility services programs and has strong relationships with high net worth and executive level individuals, including CEOs, CFOs, and corporate officers. Steve has developed and led trainings on best practices for global coordination and developed the global program office approach to key large accounts. He has also led global rewards consulting and compliance services and helped integrate ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø equity services throughout complex organizational structures. Steve was a key contributor for a large multinational spin activity and has significant experience with mobility related activities regarding mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare and technology industries.
