Mr. Harper is a director in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Washington National Tax State and Local Tax group with more than 32 years of public accounting, and 27 years of state and local tax advisory, experience. John has a strong background in providing state and local tax advisory services, including income/franchise tax compliance/outsourcing engagements, accounting for income tax provision reviews, audit representation, due diligence, and other planning services.
Mr. Harper joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Washington National Tax group in February 2000. 聽Mr. Harper has worked in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Los Angeles office since May 2009 both in a practice office and a National Tax capacity.聽 While in the Los Angeles practice and in Washington National Tax, Mr. Harper has also provided state and local tax consulting, compliance and provision services to national account clients and other clients in the retail, manufacturing, distribution and various service industries.
