Paul is an Audit Partner who also serves as the National Restaurant Segment Leader for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 and as a Securities and Exchange Commission Reviewing Partner, the firm鈥檚 designation for its top technical partners. He has more than 30 years of experience serving public companies.
Paul has managed complex global audits for organizations in a variety of industries, including consumer and industrial organizations. He has also served as engagement partner on initial public offerings and secondary stock and bond offerings, and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and related accounting issues.
As the leader of the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 restaurant segment, Paul serves as the firm鈥檚 industry issues expert and helps to ensure that information about restaurant issues, trends, best practices and information about 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 resources within the restaurant segment are communicated to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 teams and clients.
Paul holds various board and committee roles, serving Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana, Greater Louisville, Inc. and the University of Louisville School of Business Accountancy Advisory Board.
