Liz Franzen is a managing director on rotation in the Accounting Group within the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Department of Professional Practice (DPP).  She has more than 13 years of experience providing audit services to industrial manufacturing and oilfield services clients. Liz has primarily provided professional audit services to publicly traded companies in accordance with PCAOB requirements and both US GAAP and IFRS standards. She has a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations and has been involved in first year audits and bankruptcies. Liz graduated from The University of Texas in Austin with a master’s in public accounting. She is a licensed CPA in Texas.
