With over 25 years of experience, Len is a leader in helping companies optimize their technology investments and align IT with broader business goals. As the head of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's IT Financial Management practice, he brings deep expertise in IT finance, operating model design, technology business management (TBM), and large-scale transformation initiatives, including migration to cloud and AI investment.
Len has led major programs for Fortune 500 companies across sectors including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, consumer products, and more. This includes implementing TBM offices, developing IT cost transparency solutions, performing benchmarking and optimization analyses, designing IT governance models, managing IT separations and divestitures, and standing up new technology organizations. With a unique combination of technical capabilities and business acumen, he helps clients evolve their IT functions to drive operational excellence and enable growth strategies. Len holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
