She devotes her time exclusively to serving tax-exempt clients, providing wholistic compliance and consulting services on tax matters for public charity clients in the higher education, arts, religious, international development, healthcare and museum sectors. In addition, she has significant experience working with corporate, family and independent private foundations of all sizes.聽
Devin has eighteen years of experience in the following areas of tax-exempt compliance:tax-exempt status, unrelated business taxable income, federal and state tax compliance, including Forms 990, 990-PF, 990-T, state UBIT returns, and international tax compliance for exempt organizations.
