Jerry, who has over 25 years of business experience, is the Managing Partner for the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Jacksonville, Florida Office with responsibility for overseeing all ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø operations within the North Florida and South Georgia Region.

In addition to his role as Managing Partner, Jerry serves as lead audit partner on both a number of key private and public companies in the area as well as lead partner on a number of advisory clients in the area including lead audit advisor for a global private equity firm. Responsibilities also include the Southeast Area’s Private Enterprise Practice which focuses on assisting (audit, tax, and/or advisory services) high-growth private companies throughout their business life cycle: start-up, growing, strengthening, and transitioning in today’s challenging market environment.

Jerry has extensive experience with assisting companies recapitalize their business either through sale of a company to an investor or through a company entering the public markets through an initial public offering (IPO) in addition to experience with acquisitions, alliances, dispositions, technology transformations, due diligence, technical accounting, internal audit, risk and compliance as well as tax matters. Jerry also has a vast network within the ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Tax and Advisory Practices to assist companies with complex business and operational matters that exist into today’s ever changing domestic and global business environment.
