Søren Dalby is a dedicated tax partner who thrives as a trusted adviser to both Danish and international enterprises.
Søren has more than 18 years of experience with tax matters and returned to ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Acor Tax in May 2016 following a position as global head of tax at a Denmark-headquartered multinational.
Søren began his tax career in 2000 at the Danish tax authorities (SKAT) and since then, he has worked at the Danish Ministry of Taxation, ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, and in industry. Through his dedication to tax matters and extensive experience from both industry and the authorities perspectives, Søren has obtained solid knowledge of customer needs and the challenges that come with complex tax rules and the public’s focus on tax in general.
Søren's experience demonstrates both quick action and strategic advice to clients across a wide range of service areas, including international tax planning; global tax compliance processes and outsourcing; tax strategy governance and policies; tax audit management; rrestructuring and M&A tax planning; tax communication strategies, and tax technology application.
Søren has an MSc degree in business administration and commercial law. He also has a Master of Tax degree from Copenhagen Business School.
