Rebecca Brokmeier

Rebecca is a Principal for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Corporate Finance LLC鈥檚 International and Private Equity Group, and is based in the Chicago office.
She has over 20 years of client service experience and has been with 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 for over 15 years. Rebecca advises clients domestic and international clients on divestitures, acquisitions and cross-border transactions. Her clients include both large corporates such as Unilever, Electrolux, and Kerry Ingredients, as well as middle market businesses and private equity firms.
Rebecca has extensive experience acting as a financial adviser on numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, financings, fairness opinions, strategic assessments, and valuations.聽 She has worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from large multinational publicly-traded companies, to private/family owned businesses.
Before joining 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 CF LLC, Rebecca held positions at Wells Capital Management and General Mills, Inc. Rebecca holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin 鈥� Madison.
