Kevin Bolen is a Principal in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 US Advisory practice and serves as the Leader for Strategic Planning and Investments.聽 In this role he translates emerging market trends, client and competitive intelligence, and business performance data into a comprehensive multiyear strategy for profitable growth.聽 He also oversees a portfolio in transformative growth opportunities, business models, and technologies. Mr. Bolen also leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Innovation Strategy engagements supporting clients as they work to develop a sustainable culture and system of innovation within their organizations.
Kevin joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2014 where he lead the firms Strategic Growth Initiatives and Global Market Intelligence programs.聽 His career took a small detour in 2021 when he served as the COO of an biotech investment bank before returning to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in 2022.聽 Prior to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网, Kevin spent seven years as a Partner and COO of Innosight, a boutique strategy and innovation consultancy founded by noted Harvard Business School professor and author, Clayton Christensen (The Innovator鈥檚 Dilemma and disruptive innovation).聽 Kevin also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Lionbridge Technologies and began his career with IBM, spending six years in a variety of consulting, marketing and strategic planning roles within their Global Services business unit and Corporate Headquarters.
