Punit has led complex multijurisdictional M&A real estate transactions including the structuring of some of the world鈥檚 largest pan-European investment funds, listing of property companies and advising investors on operational taxes, refinancing, restructuring and divestments of single asset and portfolio real estate businesses. He has extensive experience of leading the delivery of tax services on a global basis.
