Herman is also an expert in scaled Agile transformation. He has led transformation initiatives to modernise large organisations enabling them to become product centric and to deliver with agility.
He currently leads the Product Management, and Product Portfolio Management capability at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 UK. He also holds the position of Adjunct Professor in Agile Mindset studies at IE Business School.
