Mariia has experience in advising Ukrainian and international companies and groups of companies on accounting and tax matters. Mariia’s specialty is tax diagnostics and pre-investment/ vendor tax due diligences.

Mariia participated in engagements for the benefit of companies operating, among other things, in the field of energy production and distribution, manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG and financial sector.

Mariia participated in more than 70 tax due diligence (including vendor tax due diligence) engagements of large Ukrainian businesses and more than 20 tax diagnostics. Also, Mariia was involved in a number of tax M&A engagements with ���㣨Leyu���������� Romania in May 2022.

• Tax support of more than 70 M&A projects in Ukraine including due diligence of Ukrainian transmission system operator during the unbundling process, M&A support of privatization of state enterprises, projects for the benefit of private equity funds, etc.,
• More than 20 tax diagnostics/ compliance reviews of Ukrainian companies (including tax review during annual audit of the financial statements)
• Complex advice & support in tax matters (advise on application of specific tax and accounting legislation, tax structuring, etc.)
