Transfer pricing act: Tax considerations for Audit Committees

On 7 May 2015, the cabinet approved the draft Transfer Pricing Act. The purpose of the draft Act is to add provisions to the Revenue Code which will define the criteria for determining transfer pricing apply between related entities, allow a tax officer to make adjustments to income and deductions, and submit documentation outlining its direct and indirect relationships with other entities.

乐鱼(Leyu)体育官网 is cordially inviting Audit Committee to discuss on the key challenges and areas in which audit committees can play an important role in providing effective tax oversight.
