As at 31 December 2011, Amendment to the Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 4455/2003-92 on the Financial Statements came into effect.
Amendment to the Decree as at 31 December 2011
As at 31 December 2011, Amendment to the Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 4455/2003-92 on the Financial Statements came into effect.
Amendment to the Decree has number 24013/2011-74 and will be published in the Financial Bulletin No. 11/2011.
The Amendment shall be used for the first time for the preparation of the individual financial statements for the period ended on or after 31 December 2011.
Content of the Amendment to the Decree
For the purpose of the planned electronic filing of the financial statements from 2013, Amendment to the Decree determines the way of presentation of the numerical data that constitute part of the financial statements, while their current content remained unchanged.
The Amendment to the Decree introduces Appendix No. 3a that determines the template of tables for the purpose of presentation of numerical data.
Novelle der Ma脽nahme zum 31. Dezember 2011
Zum 31. Dezember 2011 tritt die Novelle der Ma脽nahme des Finanzministeriums Nr. 4455-2003-92 眉ber den Jahresabschluss in Kraft.
Die Novelle der Ma脽nahme hat die Nummer 24013/2011-74 und wird in Finan膷n媒 spravodajca (Finanzberichterstatter) Nr. 11/2011ver枚ffentlicht.
Die Novelle wird erstmals bei der Erstellung des Einzelabschlusses herangezogen, der f眉r die am 31. Dezember 2011 und sp盲ter endende Buchungsperiode erstellt wird.
Inhalt der Novelle der Ma脽nahme
F眉r Zwecke der geplanten elektronischen Abgabe des Jahresabschlusses ab dem Jahr 2013 wird in der Novelle der Ma脽nahme die Form der Angabe der numerischen Daten festgelegt, die Bestandteil des Anhangs zum Jahresabschluss sind, bei der Aufrechterhaltung ihres bisher g眉ltigen Inhalts.
Durch die Novelle der Ma脽nahme wird die Anlage Nr. 3a eingef眉hrt, in der das Muster der Tabellenform zur Angabe der numerischen Daten festgelegt wird.
