Pauline leads the tax governance practice as a Partner at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Singapore. She is also part of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø’s Global ESG Advisory team.

Pauline brings with her more than 25 years of experience in tax compliance, tax planning and incentive advisory, tax-efficient transactions structuring (including for initial public offerings), cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions (tax due diligence and structuring).

Prior to joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in Singapore, she served at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore’s Rulings and Tax Policy branch where she oversaw the interpretation of law and complex income tax issues. This experience helped lay the foundation for her tax expertise, providing her with extensive insights into both corporate and individual income taxation.
