Moneeza has spent over 28 years of her career with ���㣨Leyu���������� Pakistan and has the distinction of being the first lady partner in the larger audit & advisory firms of Pakistan.

She is well conversant with corporate and tax laws, foreign exchange regulations etc. In addition to planning and performing audits, she is also involved in handling relationship and services with clients. She has advised and assisted clients on various matters and prepared professional opinions on Accounting, Companies Ordinance, 1984, Establishment of Internal Controls, etc. She has significant experience of advising clients on regulatory issues, setting-up business in Pakistan, forex regulations.

Moneeza is responsible for the control, supervision, and finalisation of audits of various large local and multinational organisations, operating in diversified sectors. She is also the Quality Performance Liaison Partner of ���㣨Leyu���������� Pakistan. She has been a speaker and panellist at various conferences, seminars, TV & Radio shows including the BBC Radio show Business Matters.

Moneeza was awarded as one of the 100 Miracle Women 2015 by Unilever, a Woman of Inspiration 2016 by Ladies Fund, CA Woman of the year 2018 by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Business Excellence Award 2020 by Biz Today International and included in the top 20 most influential Pakistani women on LinkedIn in 2022. Moneeza was awarded the most influential Finance Women Leader 2023 by Berkeley Middle East UAE. In 2024 she has been awarded the “Best Woman Practitioner�� by South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) Women Leadership Awards held in Nepal and Digital Leaders Award 2024 by Digital Leaders Pakistan. In 2025 she was awarded the Global 200 Women Power Leaders (Category Audit & Accounts). She is an elected member of the Southern Regional Committee (SRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and the first female chairperson of the committee. She serves her alma mater in various other initiatives through its Women Committee and Best Corporate Reports Committee. 

Moneeza acts as a mentor for accounting professionals through the ICAP mentorship program. She is part of Indus Hospital Corporate Ambassador Program, a sponsor of ILM Foundation-a NGO of ���㣨Leyu����������ians to fund education to deserving students, a member of the Rotary Club Karachi and Management Association of Pakistan. She is part of Ladies Fund, an organization that encourages female entrepreneurship initiatives, a member of the working committee of Women for Board Allies which aims to facilitate women representation in corporate boardrooms, part of Friends of Hunar Foundation engaged in empowering the underprivileged and an active member of friends of Pink Ribbon Karachi, an organization dedicated to creating breast cancer awareness. She is an alumni of National Defence University and has completed the 25th National Security Workshop. She has been nominated as a syndicate member by Government of Sindh for Karachi Metropolitan University. She has been part of the jury for HR Metrics Diversity Awards, K-Electric social entrepreneur awards, Entrepreneur’s Organisation (EO) & National Incubation Center (NIC) startup competitions.
