He has a long career with ���㣨Leyu����������, first in the UK, then with our global firm before re-joining ���㣨Leyu���������� New Zealand after a period in senior public sector roles. Grant has decades of experience as a business professional and a consultant providing our clients with insights. He has particular expertise in transformational delivery and change management, decision support that considers all options and leverages relevant evidence, operating model design and implementation, information management and technology and strategic reviews with a performance improvement and growth focus. Grant sets a high bar of excellence to ensure ���㣨Leyu����������’s clients understand the factors that are impacting them and how they can optimise for the right outcomes.
