On 26 July 2024, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“MIRB”) has announced for a six-months relaxation from the date of mandatory implementation of e-Invoicing to consolidate all the transactions in a consolidated e-Invoice.
Further to the announcement made by the MIRB on 26 July 2024, the MIRB has issued the e-Invoice Guideline (Version 3.2) and e-Invoice Specific Guideline (Version 3.0) on 30 July 2024 which replaces the e-Invoice Guideline (Version 3.1) and the e-Invoice Specific Guideline (Version 2.2) respectively.
