Kazuya Watanabe first joined 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Japan in 2001 where he built a career in audit and accounting advisory services, providing support to a wide range of clients covering Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Construction and Manufacturing industries.
From October 2011 to September 2014, he worked in the Malaysia firm as an expatriate, and was subsequently made a Partner of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Japan in May 2017. Then, in August 2017, he returned to Malaysia where he has been instrumental in expanding the Firm’s Japanese Practice Unit (JPU) portfolio. Kazuya permanently transferred to 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Malaysia and was appointed a Principal of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 PLT beginning September 2021. In this role, he will be responsible to drive strategic growth for the Firm’s JPU supporting Japanese clients and helping to build the bridge for businesses in Japan and Malaysia.
- 2001年、朝日監査法人（現 有限責任あずさ監査法人）に入所。監査事業部に所属し、主に会計監査、各種会計アドバイザリー業務に従事。製造業、製薬業、建設業などの会計監査業務を経て、様々な業務に関して幅広い知識と経験を有する。
- 2011年10月から2014年9月にかけて、碍笔惭骋マレーシアに驻在。マレーシアに进出する日系公司の各种サポート、会计?税务アドバイザリー业务などに携わる。
- 2017年8月から碍笔惭骋マレーシアに再度赴任。碍笔惭骋マレーシアのジャパンデスクプリンシパルとして在マレーシア日系公司の会计?税务?その他多岐にわたるサポート业务を担当している。
