With support from leading global academic institutions including Cambridge University and New York University, this learning aims to provide a solid understanding of what ESG is, why it matters, what 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 doing to include ESG in everything we do and how everyone can make a positive impact.
Furthermore, the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 global organisation, as part of a multi-year US$5 billion investment to accelerate digital transformation, invested in augmenting the digital skills of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网's global workforce and expanding talent in areas such as data science and digital architecture.
Similarly, at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Malta, we鈥檙e all about developing a continuous learning culture that supports people to grow in their own way and provides them with opportunities to learn for a lifetime. As a result, in FY22, we spent 71,780 hours and 鈧�3m on learning and development.
Inclusion, diversity and equity (IDE) is core to who we are at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网. It helps us build great teams with diverse views that represent the world we live in and leads to stronger insights and innovations.
In FY22, 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 firms continued to hold IDE virtual events and celebrations across the global organisation in recognition of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, International Women鈥檚 Day, International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Pride Month.
During the annual Pride virtual summit held by the 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 global organisation, we set the tone for our organisation by launching a Global LGBTQ+ Inclusion Statement. It was important to do this to help ensure that our LGBTQ+ community feels safe and advocated for.
In recognition of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, an online space for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 professionals across the global network was created to share their learnings and stories, demonstrate allyship and help make meaningful change. Within the first week of launching, hundreds of our people (35 percent at the leadership level) were reading articles on inclusive meetings, watching TED Talks on colourism and learning about microaggressions.
This IDE Collective Action Plan is now also being executed in every 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 member firm. Locally, we have appointed Partner Hermione Arciola as Head of IDE who is responsible for leading this action plan within our Malta office and to continue building on the work that has been carried out so far. A local IDE committee has also been set up to brainstorm, collaborate and drive IDE initiatives that will lead to an inspiring work environment for our people.
