Antoine Demicoli is an Associate Director at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Malta. He joined the Firm in 2008, after graduating as a Doctor of Laws. Antoine has also completed a Masters in Financial Services from the University of Malta and a Diploma in Tax from the Malta Institute of Taxation. He leads 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in Malta鈥檚 corporate services team, and is involved in the setting up of companies, in corporate matters, in local and cross border mergers, and in the re-domiciliation of companies. For a number of years, Antoine has lectured in the advanced Diploma in Taxation organised by the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation, and currently also lectures in an ACCA module relating to Corporate and Business Law.
