Sameer Salunke has over 23 years of experience in technology advisory with a specialisation in ERP implementations, technology advisory services pertaining to programme management, business systems control reviews, and strategic ERP evaluations. He leads SAP HR technology implementation practice for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in India and is responsible for profitable growth of implementation and consulting businesses across SAP HR technology solutions like SuccessFactors (on cloud) and SAP HR (on-premise). In his current role, Sameer leads a team of 125 professionals engaged in several technology-led HR transformation engagements both in India and in many countries outside India.聽 Sameer is also the COO for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in India鈥檚 technology enablement business.
Earlier, Sameer built and led 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in India鈥檚 SAP support services. This team currently supports 100+ clients across multiple time zones on a 24/7 model. Sameer was instrumental in setting up and leading SAP鈥檚 offshore technical delivery centre, which houses technical skill sets for ABAP and Basis.
