乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 Deal Advisory - Infrastructure team (formerly known as 鈥淕lobal Infrastructure Advisory鈥�) is recognized as one of the leading financial advisors on infrastructure projects and one of the world鈥檚 leading financial advisors in public private partnership (PPP) projects. The team provides financial advisory services across the lifecycle of infrastructure assets for public and private clients in all the major infrastructure sectors including power, water, waste water, transportation, and social infrastructure.
What you will do:
- Provide strategic, commercial, and financial advice spanning the lifecycle of infrastructure projects to major corporations, public-sector entities and infrastructure funds; Service offerings of the team include bid / sell-side transaction advisory, project development advisory; Project finance model build, model review, PF debt raising advisory; Financial feasibility, business case, commercial model study, market analysis.
- Work in a dynamic team environment on infrastructure projects across various sectors.
- Assist in marketing and business development including preparing proposals and building client relationships.
- Liaise with other 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 business units including, but not limited to, Management Consulting, Merger and Acquisitions, Transaction Services, Valuation, and Accounting and Tax.
