Credit Card, PayPal & Deposits:
Payment must be by a verified PayPal member. The members shipping address must be listed as a"Confirmed" (PayPal) address or have an "Confirmed" alternate PayPal address. EIP also requires that the PayPal member must be listed as being "Eligible" for ther PayPal seller protection policy. Orders that provide an alternate shipping address that does not match the crpervious criteria will automatically be shipped to the "Confirmed" PayPal shipping address. Clients using Credit Card as a form of payment must have the mail order product shipped to the billing address or an authorized non-billing address, otherwise EIP automatically ships to the Credit Cards billing address.

Shipping Methods:
EIP ships packages by UPS & USPS. EIP does not ship by any other method.

Claims:
Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt! All precautions have been taken to ensure the safe and damage free delivery of your merchandise. Occasionally however, damage to the product does occur during shipping. Report any Damage to the freight carrier that delivered your merchandise immediately. Once packages are received by the freight company, EIP TUNING is no longer responsible for the contents and cannot be held liable for the shipping related damage. That is why it is important to contact the freight carrier.

Returns:
No returns. All products are sold on closeout. All products are sold as is, no warranty and are non returnable. Questions may be addressed to info@eiptuning.com.

Product Liability:
Most after-market and performance parts are for racing and off road use only. EIP TUNING cannot be held liable for the improper use of after-market and performance parts. Most after-market and performance parts come with no warranty. Please check your local laws pertaining to any modification to your automobile. Many of the parts that EIP TUNING produces offer extreme power upgrades for your vehicle. Please do not allow this performance to endanger your life or the lives of others. EIP Tuning suggests driving in a reasonable and safe manner at all times. Keep racing on the racetrack, not on public roads.

EIP TUNING retains the right to respond to complaints made in open forum (i.e. Internet, chat rooms, or bb's) by using any/all correspondence and/or records in our possession to respond on the same open forum.
