Neale is the inaugural Senior Partner at 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the Crown Dependencies, following the merger of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 in the Channels Islands and Isle of Man from 1 October 2020.

Neale is the Regional Senior Partner & CEO for 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Islands Group and a member of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 EMA Board and Global Council. 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Islands Group is a regional network of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 member firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services with more than 2,500 outstanding professionals working together to deliver value in Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jamaica, Jersey, Malta, St. Lucia and Trinidad & Tobago.

Previously he was Senior Partner of 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网 Channel Islands from 1 October 2019, having held the positions of Managing Partner and Head of Audit in the Channel Islands prior to that.

Neale has clients in the Asset Management and Private Equity sectors, having worked across most asset classes in his career since 1994. He has previously held roles in 乐鱼（Leyu）体育官网鈥檚 EMA and Global leadership teams for Asset Management and led both the firm鈥檚 and Guernsey鈥檚 response to the EU鈥檚 AIFMD directive.
