Niels works on a daily basis with optimization of the finance function's operational processes, risks and financial controls. Niels is also responsible for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's global framework, Powered Enterprise, which ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø uses to assess, design and implement better processes and ERP systems within the finance function. Niels has executed a large number of projects for international clients, where the purpose, among others, has been to standardize and automate the operational financial processes and create a better control environment to minimize financial risks.
