Rita Marie Roland has been a partner and Head of Financial Services Real Estate Transactions at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø since March 1, 2025. She provides comprehensive advice to national and international investors, portfolio holders and real estate financiers on real estate investments and disposals in Germany and other European countries. She is also responsible for real estate restructuring and refinancing projects. Her tasks include carrying out financial due diligences, option analyses and preparing expert opinions in distressed real estate situations.

With her extensive experience in real estate transaction and restructuring advice, she offers clients fast, well-founded solutions and a basis for decision-making. She develops tailor-made concepts for transactions and supports her clients throughout the entire process, placing particular emphasis on transparency and future-proof decisions.

Before joining ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø, Rita Marie Roland worked for a Big Four consultancy since 2007, where she was appointed Partner in 2022. She is an industrial engineer with a technical specialization in civil engineering (TU Darmstadt).
