Goran Mazar was appointed Head of Clients & Markets for ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's Europe, Middle East, India & Africa (EMA) region in 2024. In this role, he is responsible for the implementation of ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's market strategy and cross-border cooperation with the more than 100 countries in the region. He has also been Head of ESG in the EMA region and in Germany since 2021. He sees ESG as an important driver for the transformation towards a resilient, profitable and sustainable economy.

He started his career at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2009 and was appointed Partner in 2014. During his many years as a partner in ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø's strategy consulting practice, he supported numerous national and international companies - from SMEs to DAX-listed corporations - on issues relating to reorganisation, performance improvement, joint ventures and acquisitions.
