After his studies in Münster, Michael Killisch began his career at ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø in 2001 and focuses on transaction consulting, company valuations and other value analyses in the area of deal advisory. His main areas of practice are valuations in the context of corporate transactions, expert business valuations as well as economic damage valuations and fairness opinions. At ÀÖÓ㣨Leyu£©ÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Germany, Mr Killisch is responsible for dispute valuations, i.e. valuations in the context of legal or arbitration disputes as well as economic damage valuations.
