Petr Bučík is CEE Lead Partner at 㣨Leyu Advisory. He is in charge of Czech Advisory services and leads the local Management Consulting and Marketing & Markets departments. His professional focus lies in the management of distribution channels, marketing campaigns, remuneration and motivation schemes, performance and reporting. He also advises on large restructuring projects and ICT management transformations. Petr has long-standing experience in banking, insurance and telecommunications.
